MAS Group is seeking a Sales Specialist for the APAC region to drive revenue across institutional trading, digital assets, and funds management. The role is based on-site in the Greater Sydney Area and requires active prospecting, meetings, and presentations.

You will tailor liquidity and investment solutions, coordinate with trading and product teams, and support onboarding and ongoing account management to ensure a premier client experience.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and customer service to explain complex solutions to institutional clients.
• Candidates should show proven sales capabilities including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing in financial markets or related sectors.
• Experience in sales management and training, coordinating activities, and educating clients or colleagues on products is valued.
• Experience in institutional financial markets, FX, commodities, indices, or digital assets in APAC is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Identify and qualify new prospects within institutional and professional client segments.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive revenue growth across MAS Group offerings.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations; coordinate with trading, operations, and product teams for a seamless client experience.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing account management while gathering market feedback to inform product development.
