Job summary

Riskified is seeking a Sales Specialist APAC based in Sydney to drive adoption of our newer product portfolio across merchants in the region. You will collaborate with Sales and Account Management to turn early merchant conversations into repeatable plays, gaining deep product knowledge through discovery and demos, and growing with a fast-expanding regional team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Product Sales Specialist or Solutions Engineer.
• Experience in ecommerce, payments, or fraud is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal progression for Riskified's newer products on opportunities sourced by Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Partner with Account Executives to understand merchant needs and lead product-specific portions of the sales cycle.
• Identify emerging use cases and verticals and help define positioning and value stories.
• Share ownership of a regional quota and drive technical wins.
• Deliver product demonstrations and answer technical questions.
• Design and run proofs of value and pilots for new products with defined success criteria.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay merchant feedback.
• Turn early wins into repeatable assets like talk tracks and case studies.
• Stay current on Riskified's product portfolio and regional payments/fraud landscape.
