Instructure, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Australia to manage end-to-end projects and provide technical consulting for SaaS deployments. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring successful integrations and data migrations across learning platforms.

You're expected to design technical solutions, document requirements, and guide customers through API usage and customizations to maximize time to value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects and managing client expectations.
• Ability to document requirements and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Consult customers on SSO integration with identity providers.
• Assist data integrations with SIS, membership, and HR systems.
• Configure platform roles and permissions and install LTI apps.
• Develop migration plans for content between learning platforms.
• Create technical documentation for integrations and systems.
