Job summary

4Twenty Consulting is partnering with a high-growth construction technology business to hire their first Customer Success Solutions Architect in APAC. This senior role sits across AI, enterprise technology, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and complex technical delivery.

You will own what happens after the deal is signed, drive complex enterprise implementations, and develop deployment and adoption playbooks across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Owning complex enterprise implementations
• Building technical deployment and adoption strategies
• Working across integrations, APIs, SSO and data architecture
• Supporting BIM, VDC, 3D and digital engineering workflows
• Removing technical barriers to adoption
• Partnering closely with Customer Success, Product and Engineering
• Helping enterprise customers scale usage across large user groups
• Building the playbooks and frameworks for how this function operates across APAC
