Job summary

Veracross, a global leader in school information systems, is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for the APAC region. You will orchestrate end-to-end deployments in Australian schools, balancing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful software implementations.

You will partner with Veracross engineers, client success, and regional leadership, translating market needs into actionable delivery plans while maintaining strong relationships with school leaders

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian K–12 sector with leadership dynamics.
• 5+ years in project management leading complex SaaS deployments (12–18 months).
• Ability to manage 20–25 concurrent projects with senior stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of Veracross SIS or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end orchestration of implementation plans and schedules.
• Lead onboarding kickoffs and set timelines.
• Monitor milestones and manage risk and staffing.
• Coordinate school stakeholders and drive change management.
• Collaborate with global teams including Engineers and Customer Success Managers.
