Job summary

Instructure is seeking an Implementation Consultant to blend project management with technical consultation for customer deployments. You will coordinate requirements, plan resources, and guide customers through SaaS integration tasks and API-driven customization.

The role emphasizes effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration with leadership to allocate the right resources and ensure successful delivery of consulting services.

Qualifications

• Ability to confidently and effectively manage external stakeholders for project delivery.
• Experience designing, documenting, and communicating technical solutions in ecosystems involving SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with multiple identity provider authentication systems.
• Experience and familiarity with APIs and an understanding of how they can be used to integrate multiple applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: gather requirements, plan, and charter projects; assign roles and responsibilities.
• Plan schedules, identify risks, and craft communication plans for stakeholders.
• Execute projects by coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and managing scope and costs.
