Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an APAC Regional Project Manager to lead merger integration efforts across the APAC region from a remote Sydney-based role. You will drive execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining rigorous governance and risk control.

The role requires hands-on delivery, close stakeholder coordination, and readiness activities with a central change team. Occasional travel to client sites in Sydney may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale transformation or integration programs.
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Strong experience managing detailed plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience managing RAID and driving issue resolution.
• Experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to support execution of change activities in coordination with a central team.
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Own and drive the regional execution plan; ensure alignment to global milestones and timelines.
• Maintain detailed plans; track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation and recovery actions.
