Job summary

Tradeweb seeks an APAC Dealer Relations specialist in Sydney to onboard and support sell-side dealers across multiple product verticals. The role manages the dealer lifecycle, coordinates roll-outs, and builds strong relationships ensuring platform readiness.

Works closely with trading and technology teams and operates independently from day one. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in electronic trading, strong communication with both traders and engineers, and a proactive mindset to troubleshoot

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of electronic trading experience in platform support or dealer relations.
• Strong communication with trading and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently from day one and take ownership.
• Good troubleshooting skills with escalations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support dealer community across Tradeweb products.
• Manage day-to-day dealer lifecycle and account management.
• Ensure platform stability and investigate production issues with log analysis.
• Lead end-to-end dealer implementations and product roll-outs.
• Handle API and product implementation queries (1st/2nd line).
• Support growth with Product Management to develop markets.
• Engage dealer community to improve collaboration.
