Job summary

Inchcape Australasia is seeking a Dealer Technology Coordinator to join our Digital & CRM team in Norwest. You will support dealer-facing technology platforms, manage user inquiries and access, and coordinate updates, testing and rollout to ensure a great user experience across dealer portals and web platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital platforms, websites, portals or business applications.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative capability.
• Experience managing user enquiries and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and support new systems and technologies quickly.
• Exposure to CMS, CRM, dealer platforms or web technologies will be highly regarded.
• Automotive or dealer network experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for dealer-facing technology platforms.
• Manage user enquiries, issue triage and resolution coordination.
• Support dealer portal administration and user access management.
• Coordinate platform updates, testing and rollout activities.
• Maintain and update digital content across relevant platforms.
• Liaise with web vendors and technology partners.
• Track and monitor technology enhancement requests and issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, processes and support materials.
• Assist with platform onboarding and user support activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and user experience.
