Job summary

Tradeweb is seeking an APAC Dealer Relations Specialist in Sydney to onboard and support sell-side dealers and liquidity providers across APAC. You will manage dealer lifecycle, coordinate product roll-outs, and build strong relationships to ensure platform readiness.

The role requires 4–6 years in electronic trading, strong communication with trading and tech teams, and the ability to operate independently from day one. Full-time office presence in Sydney during probation.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in electronic trading or platform support
Proven ability to communicate with trading and technology stakeholders
Operates independently from day one
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving instincts
Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

Onboard and provide ongoing product and operational support to dealers across Tradeweb's products
Own day-to-day account management across the dealer lifecycle
Ensure platform stability and investigate production issues with internal teams
Manage dealer implementations and product roll-outs end-to-end
Handle API and product implementation queries
Support business growth by developing new markets and initiatives
Engage the dealer community to improve collaboration and relationships
