Based in Sydney, you will work closely with the front office and internal stakeholders to support client onboarding, trading operations, and ongoing client service, ensuring timely settlements and smooth trade execution. You will manage onboarding, post-onboarding support, and dealing support, coordinating KYC and document flow, handling portal queries, and assisting with platform demonstrations and training

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Manage the client onboarding process, acting as an intermediary between internal compliance and clients/prospects. Coordinate document collection, KYC verification, and account setup.
• Post-Onboarding: Serve as main contact for existing clients; handle portal queries and day-to-day payment or settlement issues; support account management for Strategists and Dealers; conduct platform demonstrations and client training sessions.
• Dealing Support: Provide pre- and post-trade assistance; ensure smooth execution and settlement of trades; track and resolve missing or delayed payments (MT103 follow-ups).
• General: Support dealing/strategy teams with admin, compliance tasks; manage credit requests and docs; trade monitoring/reporting; audit/compliance coordination; identify process improvements; work with Regulatory on post-trade commitments.
