Corpay in Sydney is seeking a proactive Trading Support Analyst to work with the front office and collaborate with Sales, Dealing, Settlements, Compliance, and Regulatory teams. You will support client onboarding, trading operations, and ongoing client service, acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to financial markets and trading operations with potential progression into a front-office role over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client onboarding process in collaboration with internal compliance and clients/prospects.
• Serve as main point of contact for existing clients and handle portal-related queries and day-to-day settlement issues.
• Provide pre- and post-trade support to clients and dealers to ensure smooth execution and settlement of trades.
• Coordinate documentation, KYC verification, and account setup.
• Support regulatory and audit activities and identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
