Job summary

Tradeweb’s APAC Dealer Relations team in Sydney seeks a hands-on professional to onboard and support sell-side dealers and liquidity providers across APAC, coordinating product roll-outs and maintaining strong relationships for platform readiness. The role collaborates with trading and technology teams and suits someone who can operate independently from day one.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and provide ongoing product and operational support to the dealer community across Tradeweb's products
• Own day-to-day account management across the dealer lifecycle
• Ensure platform stability: investigate production issues (log analysis), and escalate as needed
• Manage new dealer implementations and product roll-outs end to end
• Handle 1st and 2nd line API and product implementation queries
• Support business growth with Product Management to develop new markets and initiatives
• Proactively engage the dealer community to improve collaboration and relationships
