You will need strong customer service experience, relationship-building skills, and KPI-driven performance mindset, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and time zones effectively.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in customer engagement or related field.
• Experience in Financial Services or payments is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities from customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and Salesforce updates across stages.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with client teams across ops, sales, and marketing.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for self and the organization.
