Job summary

Aptitude Software Limited in Sydney seeks a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the APAC region. You will cultivate senior stakeholder relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify expansion opportunities to deliver long-term client value.

Based in Sydney, you will own account strategy, customer retention, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Services, Support and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing client value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales or Strategic Accounts within SaaS/fintech.
• Strong commercial acumen with ownership of renewals, upselling and negotiations.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic APAC accounts with ownership of relationships and revenue.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive incremental revenue across Aptitude’s product suite.
• Lead renewals, pricing discussions, contract extensions, and account planning.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned to client priorities and business objectives.
• Maintain high client retention and satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Support, Sales and Partnerships to ensure delivery and value.
• Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and reporting to senior leadership.
