Job summary

Accenture is recruiting a Sales Director for the ANZA region to lead enterprise sales strategies and revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with telecom operators, ISPs, regulators, and partners, driving data-driven and consultative selling of Ookla’s network intelligence solutions.

You will shape market development, create compelling value propositions, and contribute to sales enablement assets while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles, preferably in the telecom, technology, or network performance sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in ANZA, with strong understanding of B2B and B2G engagement models.
• Experience as a quota contributor in sales with an exceptional track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market share across ANZA region through strategic customer engagement and new business development.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan, with the ability to formulate and implement strategic growth initiatives.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions that clearly demonstrate the impact of Ookla’s solutions.
• Oversee all stages of the sales cycle—from lead generation and solution positioning to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Sell SaaS-based network intelligence, analytics, or performance solutions and demonstrate business impact.
