Job summary

Central Innovation Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand for our manufacturing and data solutions offerings, including MRP, BOM management, and PDM consultancy and services.

You will build and lead a high-performance ANZ sales operation, manage key strategic opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue, pipeline, and customer success targets are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with manufacturing tech and MRP/ERP/PDM is valued.

• Ability to engage with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across ANZ regularly.

Manufacturing | MRP/ERP PDM| Data & Process Solutions

Central Innovation is seeking an experienced and commercially driven sales leader to lead the growth of our manufacturing and data solutions business across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the ANZ sales team and take commercial ownership of revenue, pipeline, new customer acquisition and sales execution across MRP, BOM Management tool, Product Data Management (PDM) consultancy, implementation and training services.

The Role

You will build a predictable, high-performance sales operation and develop a team capable of selling complex manufacturing solutions at both operational and executive levels. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in key customers, major opportunities and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ANZ sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, gross margin and growth targets.
• Develop and execute territory, account and sales activity plans across Australia and New Zealand.
• Drive disciplined pipeline management, opportunity reviews and accurate sales forecasting.
• Accelerate new business acquisition and expansion within Central Innovation's existing customer base.
• Drive market adoption of MRP, BOM Management tool, Product Data Management (PDM) and associated consultancy, implementation and training services.
• Develop the team's capability in solution selling across MRP, BOM management, manufacturing processes, engineering data and workflow improvement.
• Build senior-level relationships with key customers and participate directly in strategic and complex opportunities.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, webinars and industry events with measurable conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Consulting, Technical and Implementation teams to ensure strong sales-to-delivery outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and performance-manage the sales team against clear revenue, pipeline, activity and conversion KPIs.

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years' experience in B2B solution sales, preferably within technology or manufacturing markets.
• Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Experience with manufacturing technology and MRP, ERP, PDM or PLM solutions is highly regarded.
• Strong capability in pipeline management, forecasting, commercial negotiation and opportunity qualification.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage confidently with operational and senior executive stakeholders.
• A practical, hands-on leadership style with strong coaching, communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.
• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline is desirable.
