Hudson partners with a global leader to appoint its Sales Director – ANZ. Based in Brisbane preferred, or Sydney, the role reports to the Managing Director ANZ and oversees Sales and Customer Success across Australia and New Zealand.

The position requires 10+ years of senior sales leadership, a proven SaaS or software background, and the ability to drive a disciplined, high‑performance go‑to‑market. A strong executive presence and governance over pricing are essential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in SaaS or software
• Proven track record of delivering ANZ revenue targets across new logo, renewals, and expansions
• Experience applying enterprise sales methodologies, qualification frameworks, pipeline management and revenue operations
• Proven ability to lead both Sales and Customer Success across multi-territory teams
• Strong capability in talent development, accountability and performance improvement
• Significant negotiation and contract governance experience
