Okta is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager for the ANZ region in Sydney to shape go-to-market execution and drive operational excellence within a rapidly expanding SaaS environment. This high-visibility role reports to sales leadership and offers exposure to APJ and global initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional SaaS experience, with at least 3 years in a high-intensity business partnering role.
• Self-starter with relentless curiosity and ownership mindset.
• Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured plans and deliver data-driven results.
• Proficient in the GTM stack and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
