Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Rewards & Analytics Manager for Australia & New Zealand, based in Pyrmont, Sydney. The role leads a small team and partners with local HR and Veolia’s France head office to align Australian reward practices with Group policies while meeting local requirements.

You will oversee compensation cycles, benefits programs and people analytics, driving governance, data integrity and insightful reporting to support business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be tertiary qualified, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related area.
• Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules.
• Minimum 5 years experience across compensation and benefits.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders in Australia and France.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Rewards & Analytics team (3 people) to deliver annual compensation reviews and variable pay processes.
• Provide guidance to HR Business partners and hiring managers on compensation, job grading and benchmarking.
• Manage benefits programs including superannuation, share plans, novated leases, insurances and wellbeing initiatives.
• Oversee data analytics and reporting; ensure data integrity in HRIS (SuccessFactors) and governance processes.
• Investigate gender pay gaps post-WGEA reporting and drive actions with HRBP team.
• Coordinate company-wide rollout of compensation and benefits initiatives.
