Job summary

AGL Energy is seeking a Reward Analyst to join the People & Culture team in Docklands, VIC. You will design and implement reward policies, prepare reports for Executive and Board, and drive efficiency through automation of reward processes.

You will work with the Reward team to ensure accurate data, support cyclical remuneration activities, and provide frontline advisory support for reward-related queries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient Excel skills and data handling.
• Analytical mindset with focus on accuracy.
• Attention to data quality in remuneration reporting.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Remuneration analysis and reporting for recurring and ad-hoc needs.
• Support cyclical performance and remuneration processes with project leadership.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate reward processes.
• Provide first-line advisory support for Reward queries and escalate complex issues.
