Veolia Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced ER/IR specialist to join our Pyrmont team and shape how we engage, negotiate and resolve issues across the organisation. You will lead enterprise agreements, manage Fair Work claims, and coach managers on ER/IR best practices in a large, diverse business that values data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR/IR or equivalent
• Extensive ER/IR practitioner experience in a large organisation
• Experience interpreting legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and industrial relations strategy
• Experience leading complex workplace investigations and disciplinary matters
• Proven enterprise agreement negotiations experience
• Experience interacting with Fair Work Commission or other industrial tribunals
• Experience managing complex union matters and resolving disputes

Responsabilités

• Provide expert day to day ER/IR advice to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and train Managers and HR team on ER/IR across planning and negotiation of enterprise agreements.
• Lead and participate in enterprise agreement negotiations as required.
• Manage end-to-end claims (e.g., Fair Work, AHRC) including drafting responses and submissions.
• Advocate in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals as needed.
• Coach on case management and complex workplace investigations.
• Advise and participate in dispute resolution processes and complex union matters.
• Gather and analyse key data metrics to support data-driven decisions.
