Job summary

Veolia Australia seeks an experienced HR Generalist/Advisor to partner with leaders across business units from our Pyrmont office. You will deliver practical HR advice, support proactive people management and rollout HR policies aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in HR or related business discipline.
• Experience as HR Advisor/HR Business Partner (generalist).
• Driver's licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with leaders/managers to determine their needs and support proactive people management.
• Rollout HR systems, policies and procedures that support business objectives.
• Contribute to Workforce Planning.
• Lead initiatives that foster increased employee participation & commitment.
• Monitor HR regulatory requirements and industry trends, and assess potential impacts.
