Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HCM, Payroll, HR Technology or Workforce Management solutions, including 2–3 years in presales or solution advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll and statutory requirements; New Zealand payroll experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Serve as ANZ subject matter expert on HCM, payroll, workforce management, compliance and HR technology requirements.
• Lead solution strategy and customer engagement during pre-sales cycles, including discovery sessions.
• Prepare, configure, and present system demos, walkthroughs, and PoCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and drive pre-sales strategy.
• Lead ANZ-specific RFI, RFP and tender responses with relevant SMEs to ensure accurate submissions.
• Organize and maintain RFP & RFI responses for reference and knowledge management.
• Translate client business challenges into differentiated HCM, Payroll and workforce solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Support strategic enterprise and multi-country pursuits involving ANZ with global teams on design and demonstrations.
• Adopt and contribute to global presales methodologies and assets, incorporating ANZ regulatory requirements.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Team for enhancements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
• Apply knowledge of IT infrastructure, data security, APIs, SSO and enterprise integrations to solution design.
