Martian Logic Pty is seeking a permanent, full-time Payroll Pre-Sales specialist to partner with mid-market organisations in Australia. You will translate complex HRIS and payroll requirements into compelling business cases that resonate with HR and finance decision-makers.

In this role you will support pre-sales activities, articulate Australian compliance capabilities (awards, STP, screening), collaborate with the sales team, and contribute payroll insights to proposals and demonstrations.

Formación

• Strong payroll knowledge and experience
• Ability to communicate payroll and compliance concepts clearly
• Experience in pre-sales, sales support, or customer-facing payroll roles
• Understanding of Australian payroll compliance, awards, and STP

Responsabilidades

• Support pre-sales activities by providing payroll and compliance expertise to prospects
• Articulate how Australian compliance capabilities address client needs in awards, STP, and screening integration
• Collaborate with the sales team to position payroll as a competitive advantage in deal progression
• Contribute payroll insights to strengthen proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients
