Mivada Pty Ltd is seeking a Payroll Consultant / Senior Payroll Consultant to join our Workday practice. The role focuses on Australian payroll with potential NZ work, delivering payroll implementations, ensuring compliance, and guiding clients to maximise payroll solutions.

Based in Barangaroo with hybrid work and options for Melbourne candidates, the role offers growth, mentoring, and opportunities to expand responsibilities across an ANZ practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience implementing payroll systems in Australia or New Zealand.
• Experience partnering with HR teams and understanding payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance in Australia/NZ (tax, superannuation, leave, garnishments, reporting).
• Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems for data management, reporting, and processing.

Responsabilités

• Configure and optimise Workday Payroll solutions to meet client requirements.
• Lead payroll configuration, testing, and deployment across projects.
• Manage integrations between Workday Payroll and external systems.
• Advise clients on Workday best practices and identify process improvements.
• Develop payroll reporting for compliance and governance.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
