Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Consultant in Australia to deliver presales consulting and support to the ADP Sales team across Australia and New Zealand. You will determine requirements, map end-to-end state, solve integration issues, and conduct solution demonstrations.

You will be the ANZ Sales focal point for ADP solution expertise, competitive intelligence, and market knowledge, collaborating with product, service, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a Payroll, Time Management, or HCM Consultant role.
• Sound technical background with Payroll, Time Management, and HCM products and services.
• Exposure to Payroll, Time Management, and HCM sales engagements.
• Proven ability in formulating responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Strong writing skills and clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary support role for the ANZ Sales effort: lead and coordinate resources in mid-market to enterprise engagements.
• Analyze and document client requirements (HR, Payroll and Time Management).
• Map out end-to-end client state including integration requirements.
• Assist in opportunity qualification and coordinate RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Lead demonstrations and webinars across all solutions.
• Craft and assemble documentation including end-to-end schematics.
• Describe business processes with a Payroll/Time/HCM narrative to engage clients.
