• Partner with overseas payroll teams and local employees to manage payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide trusted ANZ payroll expertise with accurate, clear and practical guidance.
• Collaborate with ADP, HR, Finance and global service teams to deliver a connected payroll experience.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve ways of working.
• Contribute to HR Services projects and system enhancements.
