ADP is seeking a Business Consultant to deliver presales consulting to the Australia and New Zealand Sales team, mapping client end-to-end HR, Payroll and Time Management states, and demonstrating ADP solutions. You will lead mid-market to enterprise engagements, coordinate resources, and articulate business value to executives.

Role requires strong writing, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Service, Product, and Security teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in a Payroll, Time Management, or HCM Consultant role
• Sound technical background with Payroll, Time Management, and HCM products
• Exposure to Payroll, Time Management, and HCM sales engagements
• Proven ability to respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs
• Strong writing skills and clear messaging
• Experience presenting to operational and C-suite audiences
• Ability to describe end-to-end process landscapes in Payroll/Time/HCM
• Collaborative across Implementation, Service, Product, Security teams

• Lead and coordinate Business Consulting resources in mid-market to enterprise engagements
• Analyse and document client requirements (HR, Payroll and Time Management)
• Map end-to-end state including integration requirements
• Assist in qualification of opportunities and prepare demos (in person and remote)
• Coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and proposals
• Craft and assemble end-to-end schematics and documentation
• Provide domain expertise and business insights for ADP solutions
• Deliver presentations to operational and C-suite audiences highlighting value
