Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Business Consultant to support the ANZ sales team in Australia and New Zealand.

You will gather HR, Payroll and Time Management requirements, map end-to-end processes, and demonstrate ADP solutions to prospective clients. In this role you will lead face-to-face and remote demonstrations, respond to information requests, and translate business needs into ADP offerings.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a Payroll, Time Management, or HCM Consultant role.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Experience in RFIs/RFPs/RFQs responses.
• Experience with on-site and remote demonstrations.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary support role for ANZ Sales: lead/coordinate consulting resources in mid-market to enterprise engagements.
• Analyse and document client requirements (HR, Payroll and Time Management) and map end-to-end state including integration.
• Assist in qualification of opportunities and arrange/lead demonstrations (face-to-face and remote).
• Coordinate responses to RFIs/ RFQs / Proposals and craft end-to-end schematics.
• Provide domain expertise and market insights to Sales and BC teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Service divisions to capture market needs and drive engagement.
