This broad leadership role focuses on market performance, customer and partner relationships, governance, and operational effectiveness in a matrix environment.

Formación

• Substantial leadership experience in country management or comparable role.
• Strong track record in commercial performance and governance.
• Experience in geospatial, surveying, construction, infrastructure, mining or related industrial tech markets.
• Experience leading strategic distributors, channel partners, or other complex B2B relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an integrated country plan reflecting market potential and divisional priorities.
• Lead regular business reviews with orders, revenue, pipeline, forecasts and actions.
• Identify performance gaps and drive clear accountable actions.
• Strengthen strategic customer, distributor and channel relationships with defined ownership.
• Coordinate major opportunities and escalations across business lines.
• Improve operational effectiveness across service, customer care and back-office activities.
