Heng & Hurst is appointing a Country Manager for Australia & New Zealand, a senior commercial leadership role overseeing revenue, customer and partner relationships, and channel strategy in a global MedTech context.

The role requires hands-on leadership, balancing strategy with execution, shaping the ANZ commercial model, and driving growth with distributors, customers and international teams.

• Lead the ANZ commercial strategy and revenue performance.
• Build strong, senior relationships with distributors and strategic partners.
• Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Develop and lead a high-performing local team.
• Strengthen customer experience and engagement.
• Work closely with global teams to translate strategy into local execution.
• Drive accountability, structure and commercial rigour across the business.
• Lead the evolution of local marketing, education and customer experience functions.
