Job summary

Creality is seeking a result-oriented Key Account Operation & Management professional for Australia & New Zealand. The role oversees daily operations of strategic accounts, formulates business plans to boost profitability and retention, and drives performance targets across the ANZ region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Sound knowledge of key account management methodologies and channel marketing, with cross-cultural business communication.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in key account management, channel marketing or regional market roles.
• Proven capabilities in data-driven decision-making and financial acumen; able to manage multiple parallel projects and cross-cultural negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of strategic key accounts in Australia and New Zealand to improve profitability and loyalty; deliver customer performance targets.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs); analyze customer data and market trends; identify cross-selling opportunities; drive adoption of new products and solutions.
• Collaborate with ANZ channel partners to design and implement joint marketing programmes with consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and execute online and offline channel activities and events; convert traffic into qualified sales leads.
• Act as central communication hub among customers, channel partners and brand owner to ensure transparency and aligned objectives.
