GRC Solutions is seeking a Head of Sales for Australia & New Zealand to lead ANZ Business Development and Account Management across subscription eLearning, Salt LMS, consulting and custom learning solutions. You will shape the sales model, strategic direction, and commercial strategy while growing revenue across SAAS and services.

You will guide a high‑performing team, expand key accounts, and build a stronger, more predictable pipeline with close alignment to Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Growing recurring subscription revenue
• Winning larger corporate and enterprise clients
• Protecting and expanding existing customer relationships
• Growing consulting and custom learning revenue
• Building a stronger, more predictable pipeline
• Improving forecasting and sales discipline
• Coaching and developing a high‑performing sales team
• Working closely with Marketing to strengthen demand generation
