Job summary

Uber is seeking a Manager, Global Delivery Partnerships for ANZ to grow and manage partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. The role blends direct account management with leading a three-person ANZ pod, coaching the team, and driving merchant growth and profitability.

You will own merchant relationships, lead business reviews, and translate global priorities into local plans while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise account management, sales, or partnerships.
• Experience managing and developing team members with coaching.
• Proven ability to own complex enterprise accounts and drive growth.
• Experience managing senior merchant relationships and stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment translating data into plans.

Responsibilities

• Own ANZ account strategy and deliver business plans with growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead and coach a three-person ANZ pod with clear priorities and accountability.
• Personally manage global accounts and lead business reviews and escalations.
• Develop ANZ proposals using merchant priorities and market dynamics; collaborate on negotiations.
• Drive day-to-day execution turning plans into action with timelines and owners.
• Align with ANZ leadership and cross-functional teams to secure support and investments.
• Leverage broader capabilities across Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Share global learnings and successful local approaches with the partners team.
• Monitor account health and performance, updating actions through reviews.
