Uber in Sydney is seeking a Manager, Global Delivery Partnerships for ANZ to lead growth and performance of partnerships in Australia and New Zealand. You will own merchant relationships, set account plans, and coach a three-person team while translating global priorities into practical local actions.

The role blends hands-on account management with people leadership, leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive results across brands.

Formación

6+ years in enterprise account management, sales, or partnerships.
Experience leading a small team with coaching and feedback.
Proven track record owning complex enterprise accounts and delivering growth.
Ability to influence across Finance, Legal, and other functions.
Strong analytical and commercial judgment to translate data into action.

Responsabilidades

Own ANZ account strategy and growth plans for ANZ partnerships.
Lead and develop the ANZ pod (FAM, CSM, AC) with clear priorities and accountability.
Manage primary commercial relationships and lead business reviews.
Lead local commercial discussions and support global negotiations.
Drive day-to-day execution translating plans into actions and timelines.
Collaborate with ANZ leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
