Job summary

Grant Executive Search partners with a global technology business to appoint a Sales Director for Australia & New Zealand. You will own and grow a strategic ANZ portfolio, lead renewals and cross-sell opportunities, and shape the region’s sales approach with solutions, delivery, support and marketing teams.

You’ll be a senior hunter with 8+ years in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of growing accounts and winning new business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of growing customer accounts and winning new business.
• Ability to engage senior executives and build strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an established ANZ portfolio of strategic and Tier 1 customers.
• Lead renewals, pricing reviews and commercial relationships.
• Identify and close expansion and cross-sell opportunities across a broad software portfolio.
• Develop new business across forestry, government and related sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract close.
• Build account plans, maintain a qualified pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Represent the business at industry events and share insights with global teams.
