Teradata is seeking a PoD Lead for ANZ Industries to drive growth and customer success across Australia and New Zealand within Teradata's Pod operating model. You will lead a cross-functional team to accelerate value realization from Teradata AI, data analytics, cloud, and modernization solutions.

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales, account management, or business leadership experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding growth, retention, and revenue objectives in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior decision makers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, data analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall business performance and growth strategy across assigned industry accounts in Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing Pod team focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that align customer priorities with Teradata's AI, analytics, and cloud solutions.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with business and technology decision makers.
• Drive pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing, Product Management, and Partner Ecosystem teams to maximize customer outcomes.
