Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of frontier AI in Australia. You’ll secure strategic enterprise deals, leverage deep industry expertise, and collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to refine our value proposition and market position.

You will focus on high-priority verticals including Financial Services, Healthcare, Power industries, and other major sectors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in ANZ with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience selling into BFSI, Media, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Telco, Transportation verticals.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and winning strategic deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue target and full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead with industry expertise to craft tailored AI solutions.
• Cross-sell with existing AE team and acquire new logos.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and marketing to shape offerings.
• Develop proposals and presentations to position Anthropic’s AI products.
• Refine sales tactics and share best practices across teams.
