Oppizi Ltd. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business and strategic growth across ANZ. You will own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing—while partnering with the ANZ GM to expand partnerships and identify upsell opportunities.

You will shape go-to-market messaging, collaboration with global teams, and contribute to AI-driven sales workflows in a fast‑growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B solutions in a full-cycle sales role.
• Proven outbound prospecting experience.
• Experience managing opportunities from first meeting to close.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and modern sales technology.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute beyond your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting across multiple industries and customer segments.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations. Maintain an accurate CRM and healthy sales pipeline.
• Work with Marketing and Operations to improve customer acquisition.
• Support strategic account growth alongside the ANZ General Manager.
• Share customer feedback and market insights to improve our go-to-market strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve messaging, sales processes and AI workflows.
