Job summary

L&D Earthmoving is seeking an organized office all-rounder to join our growing team in Brisbane. The role focuses on allocations, providing efficient customer service and handling general admin tasks for a busy operations team.

You will support sales inquiries, coordinate daily plant scheduling, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with allocations, scheduling, and earthmoving plant is desirable.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.
• Strong time management and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Coordinate daily allocations and scheduling of earthmoving plant and machinery
• Liaise with shareholders, operators, and subcontractors to ensure efficient job allocation and communication
• Assist with sales enquiries via phone and email
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain compliance documentation and support all departments as required
• Order office supplies and assist with general office administration duties
• Participate in an after-hours roster shared amongst team members, supporting a healthy work-life balance
