Travelex in Sydney is seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to oversee end-to-end rostering for 13+ locations and 60+ staff at Sydney Airport. You will align staffing, breaks and coverage with flight patterns and trading requirements, while ensuring compliance with agreements and budgets.

Based at Sydney International Airport, Mascot, you’ll collaborate with leadership to optimise rosters, manage availability and variations, and support frontline Sales Consultants when required to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering or workforce planning across multiple locations.
• Familiar with rostering systems such as Definitive, Kronos or Human Force.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation, coordination and publishing of airport rosters.
• Identify roster efficiencies with leadership to improve productivity.
• Translate flight schedules into staffing plans for stores and periods.
• Ensure rosters reflect operational needs and budgets.
• Monitor hours and compliance with agreements and policies.
• Publish rosters three months in advance.
• Coordinate with payroll for accurate time tracking via Definitiv(e).
• Manage roster requests, availability, leave and shifts changes.
• Provide frontline Sales Consultant support to maintain customer experience.
