You will act as the key liaison between airline customers and dnata operational teams, coordinating orders, passenger updates and flight changes while ensuring accurate data and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, airline operations, catering, logistics or similar environment.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using ERP or operational systems is highly regarded.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Available to work across a 24/7 roster.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders, passenger updates and special meal requirements.
• Manage and communicate flight, aircraft and operational changes.
• Act as the liaison between airline customers and dnata teams.
• Maintain accurate data across customer and internal systems.
• Support KPI achievement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Billing and Accounts to ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in daily operational meetings with stakeholders.
• Adhere to WHS, Food Safety and company standards while delivering service.
