You will drive safety, quality and performance while fostering a collaborative culture and supporting driver/marshaller duties when required. The role requires strong leadership, communication and the ability to manage dynamic operations in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, operational environments.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Valid Australian MR Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate catering operations to ensure on-time aircraft servicing.
• Supervise, train and support team members.
• Lead by example by performing Driver/Marshaller duties when required.
• Allocate resources and manage workflow to meet operational targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and compliance.
• Complete required reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory standards (HACCP, WHS, etc.).
• Provide professional communication and customer service.
