Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Australia is seeking a proactive Catering Operations Coordinator to support airline catering operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. • Comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Available to work across a 24/7 roster.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Catering Operations Coordinator to support our airline catering operations. In this fast-paced role, you will act as the key link between airline customers and dnata operational teams, managing customer orders, passenger updates, flight changes and operational communications. Working within a 24/7 environment, you will ensure accurate data management, timely communication and exceptional customer service to support the successful delivery of daily catering operations.

Key Responsibilities
