Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Sydney is seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Supervisor to join our team. You will support the Customer Delivery Manager and oversee daily aircraft catering logistics and on-time servicing in a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will lead and develop operational teams, manage rostering, and ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service across every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles within airline operations or high-volume environments.
• Experience leading and developing operational teams in fast-paced settings.
• Current HR Licence is required.
• Eligible to obtain ASIC and ADA Pass.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Customer Delivery operations and ensure on-time aircraft servicing.
• Coordinate teams to meet service, safety and customer requirements.
• Manage rostering, workforce planning and labour utilisation.
• Conduct team briefings and support performance, training and development.
• Monitor vehicle operations, maintenance compliance and safe driving practices.
• Investigate delays and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, aviation and company standards.
