dnata catering & retail is seeking motivated leaders to join our fast-paced production teams in Australia. This role focuses on leading and developing high-performing teams, maintaining safety standards and ensuring efficient production schedules for inflight catering.

You will train staff, monitor productivity, manage basic admin tasks, and use workplace systems and tablets to support operations. Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and workplace systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Leading and supporting team members across production areas.
• Training and coaching employees on operational procedures and safety standards.
• Monitoring productivity, quality and adherence to production schedules.
• Completing flight documentation and basic administrative tasks.
• Using workplace systems, tablets and operational software.
• Supporting stock control and minimising waste.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and team performance.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality and workplace health and safety requirements.
