Job summary

dnata catering is seeking a proactive Catering Operations Coordinator to support airline catering operations. You will act as the key liaison between airline customers and dnata operational teams, handling orders, passenger updates, flight changes and communications in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, airline operations, catering, logistics or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using ERP or operational systems is highly regarded.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Available to work across a 24/7 roster.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Catering Operations Coordinator

In this fast‑paced role, you will act as the key link between airline customers and dnata operational teams, managing customer orders, passenger updates, flight changes and operational communications. Working within a 24/7 environment, you will ensure accurate data management, timely communication and exceptional customer service to support the successful delivery of daily catering operations.
