Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Banksmeadow NSW is seeking an Air Transport Coordinator to manage end-to-end air import deliveries, coordinate with airlines, GHAs, and transport providers, and ensure on-time, compliant shipments.

You will handle transport documentation, cost monitoring, invoicing support, and maintain shipment records in freight systems, with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in airfreight import operations.
• Proficient with freight management systems (CargoWise).
• Ability to coordinate with airlines, GHAs and transport providers.
• Track record of meeting tight deadlines and service commitments.
• Strong administrative and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end air import deliveries within service timeframes.
• Collaborate with airlines, GHAs, and transport providers for smooth freight moves.
• Keep customers and stakeholders updated on shipment progress.
• Create and manage transport documents in compliance with requirements.
• Maintain shipment data and POD records in the freight system.
• Monitor transport costs and support invoicing and cost control.
• Validate supplier invoices against rates and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate duty, tax, and COD payments to release cargo.
