CEVA Logistics, a global supply chain leader, is recruiting a Field Sales Manager for the Air & Ocean division in Banksmeadow NSW. The role focuses on growing international freight forwarding business with a strategic, customer-centric approach.

You will identify opportunities, promote end-to-end logistics, craft proposals, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized solutions.

Formación

• Solid experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven success in B2B sales with a strong understanding of Air and/or Ocean freight forwarding solutions.
• Sound knowledge of supply chain management, including warehousing and domestic transport.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and close new business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets.
• Promote CEVA’s Air & Ocean products and end-to-end logistics services to prospective customers.
• Prepare tailored proposals and lead negotiations in line with company procedures.
• Develop pricing and service strategies to deliver competitive and innovative customer solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and reporting through CEVA’s CRM system (C-View).
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and QHSE teams to ensure commercially sound solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
